I can’t say enough great things about Suzy and Across the Horizons. I sat down with Suzy a little over a year ago to redesign my website. We had several meetings to discuss what I wanted and ideas on how to make it a reality. She immediately started working on it. It only took about 4 weeks total and I had a beautiful, working website. Recently I had the very pleasant opportunity to work with Suzy (actually I should say that I had the opportunity to observe Suzy working!) during the planning for and the execution of the Hayes Group Leadership Experience of 2014, and I was tremendously impressed with her ability to manage all the details associated with that very enjoyable, multi-day, multi-location event. It is safe to say that everyone who attended the conference left with a profound appreciation for Suzy’s competence, thoroughness, attention to details, and, of course, her constant enthusiasm about quickly and cheerfully resolving any and all problems. As she sat calmly among the participants, it was hard to believe that she simultaneously was dealing with numerous speakers arriving and departing at weird hours, the frequent rearrangement of meeting rooms, getting our group to restaurants onsite and offsite, ensuring that audio-visual equipment was available and operational, and providing numerous, often last-minute/unexpected handouts for everyone. I noticed that anytime any issue or need arose, all eyes turned to Suzy, and she either had the answer or she quickly was able to resolve the issue. She is amazing!

Suzy is very good at what she does. She is thorough and keeps up with industry standards. He knowledge of marketing, social media, WordPress, and technology in general are quite impressive. Suzy is also great to work with – a great team player who is good at motivating others.

Having never worked with a Marketing Associate in the past I really had no expectations when Suzy joined our team. That however changed as I saw things starting to change in our firm with the increase in web activity, unsolicited calls into our office (which rarely happened before), an increase in the number of attendees in our public workshops and an increase in the general brand awareness of our firm.

Since I had no real expectations I can’t say that Suzy surpassed them, but I can say that she has now set a standard (a very high one) for anyone else that I happen to work with in a similar role.
